Greetings from the family of Udavum Karangal!

A   Philosopher  once  said “ The deepest prison, sealed off from light and sound , cannot hold the human spirit if hope endures.” 

Yes, the entire humanity is under lockdown and prisoned in their respective homes  fearing the deadliest of virus COVID-19.  In this time of despair it is but only the inner spirit of humans that can keep us all in good stead.

You being the donors and well wishers have always been very supportive of good things even during the normal times.  Your help, in whatever form it was, has given to the deprived a new lease of life.  The people who are needy, destitute and the underprivileged have all been benefitted by your benevolence.

To supplement the efforts of the Government in reaching out to the physically & visually disabled, migrants, beggars, destitute homeless and poor families, Udavum Karangal is providing 1000 food packets daily from the 1^st day of the lockdown.  We are also providing free medicines, masks and couselling on the ways to meet the challenging situation.

So in this time of crisis, we assure you that you will all be in our prayers every day.  We pray for your well being, happiness, safety and a long life.

Please ensure social distancing but continue the emotional bonding, which you always have  rendered towards Udavum Karangal, for the benefit of the poor and needy.
